I have been suspended

I've just made an account to host my site i got on transfered my domain went to the control panel and clicked file manager and it says my account has been suspended,
I checked what it said and apperently it's a phishing site when i hadn't even uploaded any content.
No pages what so ever were uploaded and it said i was suspended
Can someone please help me

Can you explain why your chat.html page flat out says it's been stolen from another website?

I had to censor the url because the site in question is an illegal runescape private server website.

The origanal code i mirrored from the illegal itself i simply used it as a template for a chat box and the copyrighted material (Runescape Background image) was removed from my copy of the chatbox There was no illegal info on it in anyway i wasn't breaking and of the tos
