I have changed the site design altogether plz review it!

I have changed the site design totall to a new one to make it look more attractive. I have so far developed only template and the links not working. Before I develop it plz say on its design how far it looks profesional and how much graphics are pefect? Plz also comment on price listing and how much successful it would be? Thanks a lot in advance for your cordial help.

That's certainly looking a lot better now, although there is still text that is overlapping and underlapping things. There also seems to be a couple of random coloured boxes at the bottom of the page.
One more thing that I assume is just there fore testing purposes, you can't claim to have those awards when you don't even have a service running.
