I have no cPanel and no email access

I have a custom domain and thought everything was working fine. It's just a simple PHP contact page and I was getting emails last week.

Tried to access it today and was getting a username/password error, even in webmail.

I tried to log in to cPanel from a bookmark and invalid username/password. Logged into my x10 hosting account and went into Account Management. From there clicked on Login to cPanel and I'm getting the same error.

I'm not suspended and I'm on the fris hosting server. I just signed up less than two weeks ago.

What's going on?

Have you tried this?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.

Sorry. One more problem. The email I'm trying to access is an account I had created, not the one that automatically creates when you start up your site.

I've verified all the settings are correct and reset the password and no luck. No access through Outlook or webmail.

This is a problem many users face in the moment and it was forwarded to the system administration. Hopefully there will be a solution soon for it. It seems that webmail is not able to recognize the registered e-mails in the accounts. Could be an IMAP problem. We are waiting for any news on this issue.
