I'm having a slight problem... I have no cPanel.

When I go to the Account Panel it says my cPanel URL is http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 , but when I click on it it just takes me to a blank page. I tried going to http://evermore2.x10hosting.com:2082 , but that also just goes to a blank page.

Luckily I can still use ftp to upload files, but I'm pretty sure there is a bunch of things I can't do without a cPanel. Has anyone else had this problem? Can anyone help me?

It currently works for me without problem. It may have been a temporary problem.

This is happening to me as well, and my cPanel has been inaccessible for about two days now. x10Hosting is doing some server changes, and that might be the cause of it.

By the way, I'm on Cossacks too.

I'm on both :p

I had a hard time helping free users with their problems, since I couldn't access a free server CPanel, account panel, etc.

It still works for me. Try flushing your DNS cache and browser cache.

Wow, you seem really dedicated to helping others. I'm surprised you haven't been promoted to staff already.

I tried clearing and flushing everything, and I still have a blank page. It's not that big of a deal for me right now, because I have a Webdisk to upload and download files, and my only control panel that I need right now is my blog admin, and I can access that fine.

It seems as if my cPanel is still a blank white page. It's starting to get a tad bit annoying, but I guess I can deal with it, especially if a brighter future with almost no downtime is ahead. :)

hey your cpanel is working fine for me...

i mean you are on cossacks..
then your cpanel http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 is working fine
This isn't what we're talking about here... The log-in screen for my cPanel works fine, but when I enter my information to log in, the actual cPanel interface page is a blank white page.

And just in case anyone was wondering, it's still blank white. -.-

cPanel was down earlier today. For me this afternoon, it did ask me for a username and password, and then after that just would up bringing a string of text up on my screen, stating what my account was as well as a cPanel directory path. It was fixed shortly after that though. HTTP, FTP and SMTP/POP3 were all down during the time this was happening on the server I was on.

I discovered something today - for all this time, I've been using http://adamparkzer.x10hosting.com:2082 as my cPanel log-in, but realized that I can log into http://cossacks.x10hosting.com:2082 to edit my files as well. However, after I started editing files from the cPanel log-in through Cossacks, I ran into another problem.

None of my edits are showing up on my actual website. When I go to edit the file and save the changes, the File Manager shows that the file has been changed. I can even go back and edit the file again, and the saved changes are present in the source code. However, when I go to visit that page on my actual website, the old version is still there.

Is this a side effect of the server transfer, or am I doing something wrong?

Side effect of server transfer.

Your domain is held by "old" cossacks, but your files are held by "new" cossacks.

The same thing is happening to my site. Just wait a little bit and see if it fixes itself. :)
