I have php proxy files i forgot to remve and my account got suspended.

I uploaded my web stuff a while ago, they were all inside an archive which I extracted. Some of the files included were a proxy which I forgot to remove and so my account got suspended. I am completely willing to remove these files if my account is unsuspended.
