Your account may have been one of the few that didn't manage to get transfered across to the new server.

When did your account stop working exactly?

Because chances are you may have been terminated if it wasn't linked.
We did give plenty of notice, and helped users with problems carrying out the procedure.

If your accounts was no linked, might be that these account was terminated..

If you didn't link your cPanel it would have been suspended for up to 10 days then terminated if no action was taken. Please reopen thread if you need further support.
