I have two x10Hosting forum accounts and got a inactivity policy re one of them

For some reason I have two x10Hosting forum accounts and today received an inactivity policy warning. I am able to log into either account - but I only want one account/username.
How do I delete one of these accounts/username - making sure that I still preserve the other account/username ?

Forum accounts are never deleted here. Just make sure that you log in here with the forum username that's attached to your hosting account. If you're not sure which one that is, then just log into your account panel https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php, and it will show you the forum username attached to your hosting account. Just so you know, there is no hosting account attached to your forum username that you just posted with here: shopinottawa41.
