To start your website, you can try using the Website Builder (can be found in cPanel under Software/Services). This can help you get started quickly.
Alternatively, you can build your pages using plain HTML by using a text editor and uploading all files through the cPanel File Manager (public_html folder). This requires some HTML knowledge first.
You can find your cPanel by logging into http://x10hosting.com/control and clicking on the Hosting button on top.
