You have been suspended for high system resource usage.
Accounts are suspended for usage when they are detected to have consistently high CPU usage, memory usage, or process amounts.
Disk space usage doesn't effect this at all.

The chart on the account panel might be wrong but use cPanel for more accurate information.

As said before, it is not to do with your file usage, it is to do with the system resource usage. If you are running any CPU intensive scripts, that would be what is causing this.

High resource usage has nothing to do with disk space or bandwidth.

What do you have, a WordPress blog with a lot of cpu/memory hungry plugins?

are you using a stock SMF, or do you have any plugins/modifications to it?
