I keep getting suspended

I was suspended on dec 3 for inactivity for two weeks. I was unsuspended on dec 4 after I requested to be unsuspended. But the next day, I was suspended again. I was unsuspended soon but I was suspended today. It has been less than two weeks before my last login, so why am I suspended again and again? I keep getting this error message:You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every two weeks to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.Please help me.

Is this is the forum account linked to your hosting account then you have to login using it into forums atleast every 31 days.

Check the linked account the use that.

The inactivity period is increased to 31 days + 10 days termination period total 41 days
Previously it was 14 days + 10 days termination

Logging into the Account Panel or cPanel does not count.
You have to log into the Forum. Stay ~5min so the system can register your presence.

Unsuspending yourself does not give you an automatic 31 days. The system checks to see if you have signed into the Forums recently. If you have not, you are immediately suspended again. It may take a day for the suspension to take effect, but it is based on your "inactivity in the Forum" at the moment you unsuspend yourself.

If you did sign into the Forums prior to unsuspending yourself, then the timer should be reset and give you a full 31 days. If it does not, please post that information.

Thanks for that. Was about to start asking the same questions. Strange logging in to the forum tho to make sure people are active... Clever but strange.
