...how to sign up for prime? When I look in https://x10hosting.com/wiki/Plan_comparison it has a link, but all that does is take me to my cPanel. I do not see how to upgrade to Prime. I'm not sure I want to upgrade, but I would like to see the details.

At top of screen --> click on [ Get Support ]

Look for --> [ Prime Upgrade ]

BTW - I did see your post in the IRC but you were gone

Thank you so much! I would NEVER have found it! It would be nice if they simply had an 'upgrade' button! LOL I'm really not complaining. Thanks again...
