I need a comment system

Hi there,

I need a basic comment system for my site. I want users to be able to post their thoughts on articles I publish there, but I don't want to use wordpress or blogging software if I don't have to, because my purpose in creating this site is self-education of php and related languages.

Could someone direct me on how to create a comment system in PHP? I've never programmed a lot of php, so keep that in mind.

i taught myself php by doing things like this. just try to understand the code. get a heavy commented script if you can.

You should use PHP and MySQL to store, although you can also store it in a .txt file, which is easier, but also easier to hack..

Try to Google, I've never actually done that before (the scripting, not google =P_)
