Good morning. I filed a complaint about this same issue a few days ago, without receiving a response. We work on the same project, from the same office, and have had accounts with you for years. We can't access them because it indicates they belong to the same user, which isn't the case. I need to be able to access them normally, and if that's not possible, at least allow me to back up my data, as we need it. We will make the same request for each of my colleagues.
