I need desperate help starting up!

I am trying to make a website with accounts and i found out about php or something and that this supports it so i downloaded php and tired to make an account here. However, i thought i was finished but it came up with something asking for my cPanel. whats that?

When you made the account, you should have created a cPanel username and password. cPanel is a powerful tool that x10Hosting offers that is really only found on paid hosting for free to everyone. It is basically how you manage your site, and it allows you to block people from your site (like if they're trying to hack it), upload/download files to and from your site, install scripts via Fantastico (currently disabled since an exploit was found, it'll be back soon) and more.
