I need help on cpanel!!!!!!!

I used fantastico de luxe to install joomla , and everything went good.Now , I want to install phpBB , and removed joomla with fantastico.But,the problem is that the folders like administrator,logs,language...I can't delete them.Please help.If you can , just reload my cpanel,you know ,delete everything,every folder and file.Please do it as fast as you can.I forgot>>when I install phpBB , it asks me first to delete those file,and then install.

cPanel --> File Manager
Go to directory that contains the folder (probably public_html)
Go up one level
Note the permissions on that directory
Change them to 0777 on that
Go down one level
Remove directories
Go up one level
Restore the permission on the directory to what they were before.
