I NEED Help With cPanel!!!

I've had my pass and nickname both reset for my cPanel. I still can't access it. There's gotta' be something wrong with the Cossacks server.

Does anybody know anything about this!?

Hello,

When logging into cPanel, make sure you use use all lowercase letters in your username.

I have. I've been talking to fedlerner (I think that's how it's spelled) and he's tried everything. He said to wait for Corey to get home from work and check the server.

Does that help any with with the problem could be?

I'm having the EXACT same problem with my setup, I just signed up and uploaded stuff for wordpress and then it just disconnected from cPanel and FTP on it's own.

I never even got to access the cPanel. It gave me a wait time of 3 minutes... that was a LONG time ago, lol
