I need help with dreamweaver editing

If anyone can help please give me some advice
I am currently designing my website and
in dreamweaver in my main content area
when I type it will only type in the center of the cell
not at the top
I tried to insert div tags to align to top
and it didnt help the cusor just kept flashing in the middle of the page...

I have looked it up online and i couldn't find anything that matched my problem....


If anyone can help PLEASE HELP ME !!!
