I need help with to two things

I have a backup I need to upload to the cpanel and i can't figure it out, and I also need to get my domain on the cpanel. If anyone can help it would be GREAT!

What si your domain and I can add that for you, and is your backup a full backup or only of your home directory?

My Domain is www.nglpro.net and I have a FUll Back Up I believe.
