well, learning CSS is the best solution if you are creative and have some knowledge of graphics handling. If not, why don't u use premade ones. Not all of them are boring. Do some research. Google it.......I think you will find the perfect one........And if ur a creative person, then learn CSS (not that hard) or use dreamweaver (which does the CSS coding for you).......

Do you have any experience with web design? You need to tell people what ur capable of before they can help you properly. I.e they might tell you to use CSS, Javascript, Flash etc but if you cant do it, theyre just wastin time! lol

Give use ur skills an see if people can help or do as above and google it
