I was recently using a different host and took a full backup before beginning using x10hosting. Unfortunately, I don't have the restore feature that I did in my previous host. I searched around the forum and found that I need a staff member to restore it for me. The full backup is in my root directory of my hosting account. If a staffer could please restore it, that'd be awesome. Thanks!

welcome here..i think u can do it by yourself..just make archive of your site n extract on your public_html here..
for database export all the table on database from different host and create new database here..then import on your new database here..
after that configure your new database,db_username and db_password..

Hi djdenny,

Unfortunately we're not able to restore a cPanel package of an account to our servers from an external source. You will need to extract the archive on your local computer and re-upload any files and data that you need to your x10Hosting account.
