as per the terms of service:

8. Suspensions

If an account is suspended for a breach of the terms outlined above the account holder will immediately forfeit all rights to the account in question including access to any and all files and\or databases located within the account. x10Hosting is under no obligation to provide backups in full or partial to an account holder that has been suspended.

So you didn't read the terms of service? If so, that changes things.....
We can add "Didn't read ToS" to your suspension reason.

You do not have the right to a backup, either. They are your responsibility.

There is absolutely no reason to be abusive towards support staff. It is not acceptable, and you're not doing yourself any favours by being like this.
The only way you have even a remote possibility of getting your account back is if you co-operate.
