Resolved I need to access my FTP, There are files I need

No matter if I try logging in through x10hosting.com or x15/14/13/12/11. Nothing works.

The domain is.

What is up with this?

I get some error about CMD_LOGIN when I try through x10hosting. Can you guys give me my files, its not backed up on my pc.
