I need to know the reason of suspension so it won't happen again.

I was suspended for high resource usage and I unsuspended myself successfully.

But I still don't know what event caused high resource usage, the only thing I was doing was exporting from MYSQL (about 200MB) and it the downloaded was interrupted as the account got suspended.

So is MYSQL exporting the cause of the problem? Do you have some kind of log that can tell you?

That could have been the reason.
I suggest you try taking backup of certain tables through phpmyadmin and then check
But I recommend taking out as few tables as you can as the size is huge.
Again..if that is a 200Mb database ..it is really a large large load if you take backup that way.Hence the HRU suspension.
Be logically efficient to carefully adhere to HRU restriction and still work your way.
