I need to reset my free hosting account

Dear Sir / Madam
I am writing to you in order to tell that I would like to have my account reseted. I tried some different things with fantastico, and now I have some files I cannot deleate from public_html folder, i you cold reset my account or deleate every file, I would be gratefull to you.
