I paid for prime but not upgraded

I have paid for prime membership but till now ( almost 12 days ) i have no access to prime member in this forum, only my account show prime membership, but in cpanel every thing is same like free hosting.

Help me..

There's delays with upgrades at the moment, not too sure why. Hopefully x10 will eventually develop a system so that your cPanel account & forum account can get automatically upgraded to Prime or Illuminated in the future.

I am seeing your account as being on our prime package (granted, someone might have taken care of that between the OP and my reply). We do have an automatic upgrade system in place, which normally works perfectly fine.

Well, it seems it took a while for mine to get through, not sure why.

It's likely related to the maintenance and issues that's been occuring on the free hosting servers over the past week or two.
