I was finally able to log into my account. I found not one but two messages that said . . .
You have been suspended for inactivity. It is a requirement that you login to the x10hosting forums once every month to keep your account active; posting is never required. This is an automatic suspension, you're able to unsuspend yourself immediately.
I thought than when I paid the inactivity fee that I don't have to login to the forums every month. I enjoy the forums, but I don't want my site to be down even a day if I forget to go there. That is why I paid the fee. So why was my account suspended? I want to make sure this does not happen again. Now it says in my account that the account is now unsuspended, yet I still cannot get into cpanel (my user name is healing7) and when I go to my site healing4thebody.com I still get the page saying my account is suspended. Is it suspended or not? Please help me. I need to get my site up as soon as possible. Thank you for responding so soon. I would have responded sooner, but I just got home from work. I appreciate any help you can give me.
