I requested a domain change, now can't access the website

I requested the domain's name to be changed to paradise.co.cc, and now I need to register for it. I didn't know that the x10hosting doesn't own this domain. What should I do? Is it still possible to use it for free? Do I need to move all my stuffs over?

Go to http://www.co.cc/ and register that domain there.

We don't do the registration for those domains here on x10.

No, that is just a domain registration process.
Nothing needs to be moved.
