I reset the password for my forum account but I cannot reset the password for my website.

There are issues with x10 nameservers, at the moment. Can you still login to the client panel and get to the control panel?

I am hosted on x13: https://x13.x10hosting.com/config
I do not know what server you're on. You can add /config to the end of your domain and it will get you there. As long as the SSL cert is valid.
