There have been some issues going on with the Starka server. Perhaps this was the server you were assigned to, in which case your account should be created shortly as the queue was just started up again.

As Smith6612 said, we recently had some problems with Starka, and during the recovery process, we turned off the queue for new actions. After the problems were resolved, we turned the queue back on, and the server is going through all the requests in the order in which they were received.

There are many that piled up, and yours may be towards the bottom of the list. Please wait patiently, and I assure you that your account will be created as soon as possible.
