I signed up another account on x10hosting and can't register.. Help!

I signed up (for my sister) a x10hosting account, I was going to help he put a forum on there, but it still says registration pending. I know there can't be a 1000 accounts not registered. How long do I have to wait?

I signed up for my website a while ago with no problems.

Account registration and creation is a automated process - your application is added to the bottom of a queue (file) and when the system gets down to yours it will be set up - no one can touch the queue - during updates or maintenance of the servers this process is delayed - it can be from a few minutes to a few days before the system gets to your application - you have to wait for it

Thanks. I thought someone had to approve it. I can see since I heard they were freeing space. I'm trying to help my sister start a Simple Machines forum.. Btw, which is better? SMF or MyBB?
