I still can not access my cPanel

After changing password, cPanel still can not be accessed.

It's been a few weeks already since I created the account at x10hosting, I couldn't have a chance to access my cPanel. I don't know what wrong, please help me.

- my hosting account username: freegiga
- my forum account username: all.ever.free38
- my cPanel: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083


I already change my hosting and forum password, but the problem still exists.

What error message are you getting?

Did you try logging in using http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 or http://[yourdomainname]:2082

Finally I found out why it's never worked. I went to the Internet cafe and tried the cPanel link again, and it worked like a charm.
So I think, the firewall at my workplace might block it.
