i still have no access

cannot log into hosting, does any one know how long this will take?....running on week 2, would it help if i just made a new account(maybe a paid one?), because i need hosting, and rite now i am just stuck midway.

Have you tried this?

Login to http://x10hosting.com/control/login.php with forums username and password.
Go to "Hosting" on TOP navigation, ----> Then Click on "update password". There you can change your password. put forums password in "Current Password" field.
Note: After this process, password for your client account, cPanel, and forums will become same.
Then try login to cPanel again.

thanks, it worked. and i can log in and all....i must have tried this so many times earlier but it never worked. thanks all for help and the upgrade
