is possible that my sites can be filtered from the server?

so that it can be seen from certain ip and not others?

I've seen this kind of free hosting filter.

I explain, I have mobile internet, and from one side of the city and I can see my page but not elsewhere, and that happens only with these free hostings.

my problem:

I have a paid hosting on another server, however since 1 week ago I lost 70% of my visits in one day, since this day i have less visitors.

I have reviewed the entire site, nothing, either in htaccess and robots.txt or anything.

I want to know if this is possible and that would require privilege level

Hello,

We don't block access to sites on free or premium on a scale that you are talking about. The odd one or two may be blocked for past abuse, but nothing like a whole city.
Seems you'll have to seek a solution elsewhere.

Thanks.

The odd one or two may be blocked for past abuse...

I dont understand very well this part.

hypothetically speaking, you say that the reseller guys can block specific IP ranges from the server without the user(who has hosted his site there) could not notice this actions?

What I'm saying is that particular IPs may be blocked from accessing the servers due to past attacks. There is no large scale IP ban in place. You can however block individual IPs from accessing your account.

ok, i understood that.

i know now

*the server guys could do it
*i know that i could do it (using htaccess)
*but the reseller?

in order way, if i were a reseller, i could ban specific IPs without my clients could not notice it or i need to talk with the server guy in order to do it?

i ask about the privileges that the reseller has.

server guys ------ reseller guys ---------- clients

PS: I hate to be very insistent on this issue, but I want to get the question, thanks for answering so fast

Do you have a reseller hosting account?
If so, I believe it would act the same as a VPS, where you essentially have control over everything. No need to contact our tech support to get blocks applied.
