As default, all new hosting account are configured with the "Basic" version of PHP; this package comes with a limited amount of resources in order to preserve security and server stability.

In order to install a vBulletin forum; you will need access to a greater range of functions and resources; this is why you need to submit a request, via the AMP, for the "Intermediate" configuration.

Edit: You log in with your forum account details; not your hosting account details.

Use your forum username and password to login there.

To keep the servers secure, we disable many php functions when you register. You can get them enabled by upgrading the php version to intermediate.
