i think cpanel is down

i was just editing some files in on my website when it logged my out of cpanel i tried logging back in and it says "login attempt failed" i tried like five times but i wouldnt let me in

Edit: Never mind i can access my main page but when i tried one of my directiories i got a message saying my account was suspened because high server resource usage was detected btw wtf is up with that?
