I think my IP got banned?

I think x10's auto ip banner triggered on me for some reason.

I didn't do anything and all my sites don't respond for me, and I know for a fact they're up.

Can you use access them if you use a proxy, or from a different network?

Yes, and I still have this issue. I can access all my sites via proxy, but they seem like they don't exist using my network.
