I think my IP has been blocked too

For the past hour I've been trying to log into CPanel or access my website and have been timing out every time so I'm guessing my IP was blocked by the firewall. I was trying to log in earlier but kept missing a letter off my username, so that may have been the cause.

I'm actually quite disappointed in the time is it taking for my issue to be resolved. I saw the Community Support Rep viewing my thread a couple of hours after I submitted it, but there has been no help and they have since moved onto other other people with the same problem (who posted later then me mind you). If you are going to provide a support service, it has to work at the very least.
