I tried it multiple times; help please with creating?

Hey, I tried making a website through this. I signed up, provided all the correct information, then signed up on the forums. Once I was done, I clicked 'Register Account.' It asked me to continue process, so I kept clicking so. It brought me back to the same creating website page where there are three steps.

Help please?!?! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
