I unsuspended my account. But it's not working.

Hello, I unsuspended my account about 4 hours ago.

It says "We're removing the suspension now. Please standby and reload the page in 1 minute."

Except, it's been 4 hours and the website is still suspended.

Could someone possibly help?

Can I upgrade to pay for hosting?

Same error after 12 hours. This is embarrassing.

I'm unable to upgrade hosting either-- it won't let me until the account is unsuspended.

I've got the same problem has you. It's been 9 days. I've not gotten any significant help except to say they fixed the problem... which was on day 3 of 9 and then got the message that I should login and click the unsuspend link. But of course that it exactly what I did 9 days ago. I've left phone messages and emailmessages every two days and even send a screen capture of this bug... no answers yet. I have patients that need toaccess the site. I really hope that they can work quickly on the problem
