So when trying to create a sitemap.xml file using Screaming Frog SEO Spider there are a lot of issues I am trying to find and fix. Many of these point to the following example "http://byoung-art.x10.mx/sp/blog/4-stocks-to-buy-for-long-term-investors/". This is just one but all the issues point to the same directory "blog" which I am unable to find using File Manager from the c-panel. I had used Sitepad to create the website.
Any help solving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Try changing the display mode to "Grid" if you have not already. I think the directory /sp is for the sitepad. correct? So /blog should be in the /sp directory. Did the sitepad create the directory? Or should have! The directory is definitely not there: http://byoung-art.x10.mx/sp/blog/

There is one link tag in the head tag going 404: <link rel="EditURI" type="application/rsd+xml" title="RSD" href="http://byoung-art.x10.mx/sp/xmlrpc.php?rsd" />

I also remember something about the sitepad .htaccess file throwing things off.

Yes /sp/ is for sitepad, but no directory named "blog" However between the time I first posted this and now I found the problem. I had a sitepad tech help find the reason why my header and footer were both displayed on the top of all my pages. Long story short, the tech told me I had to use what they call Themes. (mandatory) I selected on and it actually fixed my problem. However with that I had tons of unused and unwanted "stuff" in my website...so I thrashed around deleting all the junk hidden throughout the site...problem solved.
So, thanks for your input even though I never found or had a folder named "blog".

It is buried deep inside the sitepad under site description, I think; but it is not the header - it only has the Title

You mean the link title, The forum software does that automatically. I just posted this
Code:
http://byoung-art.x10.mx/sp/
and the forum changed it! It does come from the source <title> tag.
