Resolved I want to change theme from basic to x3 but no change theme button on right top of control panel.

I want to change my theme from basic to x3, but I
can not find the "change theme" button on the right top of my control panel. Please help me!

That is no longer an option since we do not use cPanel for free hosting anymore (was changed about a year ago).
