Well, you don't seem to have signed up for a cPanel (hosting) account yet. First of all, signup at http://x10hosting.com/hosting, then post back. At x10Hosting, you have two accounts, one for the forums and account management panel, and one for your scripts and actual website, which we refer to as your hosting account or cPanel account. These accounts are linked together so we can provide you with better support when you need it.
We understand this is a little complicated and are working to make it easier to understand with the new site. So, use the link above to signup for hosting and then post back, I'll continue supporting you then.
