Yes, your account is permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service. It will not be unsuspended.
Can you please try to explain more clearly what you mean by "I want my domain update"?

Note that no changes will be done whatsoever to your currently suspended account.

We will not change the domain in order to make the currently used one available. It will become available when the account is terminated, no sooner.
