I want uprage my freehost to Pre Host Static

Currently I'm using a free hosting package x10hosting, and now I want to upgrade it to a static packet how do I do? I was looking in control but not found a place to uprage! X10shoting hope will help me!

Upgrades from free to premium (paid) hosting works in such way that you first sign up for and activate the premium account. Once you have done so you submit a ticket, in the clients are you will have access to as premium user, and request your free account to be transfered over. Don't forget to include information about your free account, such as cPanel user name and server.
