I was banned because of spamming

Ah sir, I would like to have an explanation why my account was suspended just because of a spamming I didn't do.

Accounts are suspended for spamming because they try to send out large amounts of email (over 100 in 1 hour). After reviewing your site, I found a public mailer at http://infoconsul.x10.bz/mail/mailx.php which is strictly forbidden by our Terms of Service. I updated your suspension reason to reflect this, and this is a permanent suspension.
