I would like restore my account....

I would like restore my account, delete all my files, BD, subdomains, addon domains, E-mails accounts etc....I want to leave my account like new, I only want to conserve my main domain and my package of double all, for that reason I did not want to erase my account and to do another one.

I want this because i m trying to start of 0%... and have many trash in my account and that does not inspire to me to continue…

We would need to terminate the account and have you re-signup. There is no way to 'clean out' an account. After signing up again you can open a ticket to have your double package re-applied.

can you please termiante my account? … have many errors with this of change of server... for example i have a email account (alejandro@alejandrom.info) and i cant login.... i try to deleted but cpanel says to me that cant delete them because doesn't exist.... and probably exist some errors more, for that reason I prefer that they erase my account and i created again.
