I would like to move this account to preimium service?

We were advised that we needed to move this account to premium service to get what we need? From a forum post, i need to request this via Support ticket?

Howdy;
Go to x10Premium and obtain your premium hosting service.
After your premium account is established open a support ticket in the client area, which you will have access to with your premium account, and request that your free hosting account be moved to your new premium hosting account. Staff will be very happy to attend to that.
