I would like to upgrade my account to premium, But I want the same IP Address for my current domain is it possible

If you mean server IP, that won't stay the same because premium is a completely separate set of servers with a different configuration than the free ones. The nameservers can still be set to ns1.x10hosting.com/ns2.x10hosting.com without an issue though.
