zubair12,

Just wanted to make you aware the finger gesture used in your post is actually an insult in most western cultures. Check Wikipedia

When I first saw the thread, I thought it was soccer (football). I guess ICC is International Cricket Club or something similar?

I don't know how to play cricket and have never seen a game on TV (I would watch one game out of curiousity). There is a cricket club at the University of Central Florida and I've seen them out playing - mostly international students from India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka.

Cricket was, by most accounts, invented here in the UK. Then, as part of the old British Empire building, it got exported to other countries such as India etc.

Most people I know think that cricket is pretty boring to watch, though, so I wouldn't get too desperate to watch a game, if I was you! Give it a try, you might enjoy it - but you'd probably prefer playing it to just watching it. ;)

Let me guess without Google ... sorry if I describe it in American terms. A cricket club is a flat, wide and short version of a baseball bat, used to hit the ball in cricket. It can also be used by senior fraternity brothers to haze new members. ;)

Don't take me too seriously.
