One of the criteria for keeping a free hosting account has, until recently, been to sign in to the forums every 14 days (it very recently changed to once a month). When was the last time you were signed in here? It's possible your account was flagged as inactive. However, if you've been visiting the forums frequently, this is unlikely.

What is your cPanel username?
With that information, an account manager will be able to look up your account and find out what happened to your website.
